Meliae

2024
Lead technical art, programmer, quality assurance.

Meliae is a top down bullet hell adventure game that
challenges players to restore the forest through progression.
Each enemy killed restores Meliae's home a little more,
with the help of the forest itself! 

 

My contributions include:​

  • Creating and stylized shaders

  • Creating VFX

  • Setting up particle systems

  • Programming select interactions

  • Adding post processing effects

  • Adding atmospheric effects

  • Bug testing and fixing

  • Making a trailer

  • Team size: 6

  • Software used: Unreal Engine 5

  • Platform: PC

  • Time spent: ~4 months
